I had the opportunity to teach my favorite and most inspiring/empowering class as I was able to resonate with yogis of all physical abilities while transpiring the same fun yoga class, even if we are just moving in our minds.

Max coached Mitch's football receivers during summer grade school camps in Mentor, helping out their head coach and his friends' father, Race Walmsley who always own Athletes in Motion where Max taught Mitch/introduced Mitch to power yoga intertwined into our strength/conditioning classes Max would teach to help grade school/Junior High School athletes get ready for their sports.​

Max was the running back for Ricky in grade school before his own teammate broke his ankle in football practice, leaving max with a career ending injury.​

Max attended John Carroll University with Jonathan "Cool Whip" Cooley. They both attended the summer "Bridge Program" at John Carroll where Max join the football team, walking on as a receiver, to play with Cooley as they were both Freshman working out on campus getting ready for their school year to start. Max ended up giving himself a career ending concussion leveling an Otterbein opponent on a Kick off return he volunteered for since a teammate did not show up for the play. Max did not remember the first 3 series he played starting that game and made the decision to stick with playing hockey, despite the fun of going 1 on 1 with Cooley play defensive back.

Max participated in Dr. Forbes Riley's Perfect Pitch Event in which he was able to create the Mission statement video below working directly with her on the "Pitch" of Maxflowyoga.​

Coach for Mite hockey and the assistant to Coach Keith Abood for their weekly skating strength and conditioning classes to help build their skating skills.

During my two weeks in Chicago I had the opportunity to participate in various outreach and volunteer work that fueled my passion to pursue a Computer Information Degree so I can assist outreach centers keep track of their many various clients in need. Also in Shaker Heights, Ohio and Cleveland Heights, helping out with aftercare school programs watching the students/tutoring them with their homework and teaching yoga during my second yoga teacher training.
